25. Jul On Vacation – but on holiday?
My vacation from my day job starts today. Four weeks of office-free time ahead.
Though I’m not making hours to claim my paycheck doesn’t mean I’m not working. I have 3 tracks, 3 remixes and several collabration tracks to finish/polish in few weeks time. I’m trying to finish most of these tracks before returning the office, just to have clear and clutter free mind to reach the next level as a producer and a composer.
I also have couple of more remix enquiries in, but I’m waiting to hear more about those project in 3-4 weeks time.
Travelling around
Next tuesday I’m going to Mannheim, Germany to visit Matze of Cressida. We’ve known each other via internet for years now, and we met for the first time in December 2006 when Cressida played their first gig in Finland. I hosted Matze (Roland could come because of work obligations), and now he’s returning the favor.
I’ll be hanging around for a half a week there, coming back to Finland on friday to start a 3-week holiday together with my fiancé.
We’ll be driving around northern Finland for a while, renovating her parent’s place at the west coast, and just doing nothing special until the last week of August.
I’ll be online every now and then, I’m easily reached by email and phone, but expect to see me less in IM.
